Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Changes to Terms and Conditions
KhelKhajana reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these Terms and Conditions at our sole and absolute discretion. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms and Conditions" located at the bottom of the pages of the website. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will supersede all previous versions. Your use of the website after changes are made means that you agree to be bound by such changes.
Delivery and Return of Items
we will provide a fortnightly delivery and return service; the number of deliveries made will depend on the plan chosen by you. Please refer the Membership Plans to know the number of deliveries provided in your chosen plan. If you want to place more orders than what is allocated you will have to incur delivery charges.
Renewal/Re-issue of Items
Re-issue of toys/books is at the sole discretion of KhelKhajana depending on demand and availability of that item. A re-issue request should be made at least 4 working days prior to your return date and KhelKhajana will decide if the item can be re-issued.
when an item is re-issued, the points will be deducted, provided you have points in balance. The request will be cancelled if there are no balance points. If you dont have enough points you may purchase Add-On points before initiating a re-issue. The amount of Add-On points that you can purchase cannot exceed the total plan value.
Rent Period and Late Fees
Standard rent period for toys and equipment is as per membership plan chosen by you. If a toy is returned late, respective points for that toy will be deducted from your total/balance points. Although we will send you reminders, it is your responsibility to keep a track of your membership duration and to place orders for toys and books as per points available and the delivery applicable.
Damage or Loss at your end
All items being rented by you are the property of KhelKhajana and if any damage is caused to the item when it has been rented to you, you shall be liable for the damage caused. The damaged item will not be collected by us, but the value of the item will be recovered as Replacement Charges.
If you fail to pay fines/penalty, fees and replacement charges the same will be deducted from the Security deposit commensurate to the value of the item(s) in question. The amount deducted from Security Deposit will have to be paid-up within 5 working days OR by the due date of the next delivery cycle, whichever is earlier, failing which your account shall be suspended. If we find that the number of toys damaged at your end is high then we have the right/authority to terminate your membership and refuse to renew your membership.
Delivery of Damaged Items
All item(s) are checked before they are dispatched, however upon receipt of the item(s), you need to ensure that the same is in proper condition. Any discrepancy/damage or missing pieces must be reported to our delivery person and entered in the Delivery/Pickup Challan that the Delivery Boy will be carrying. we recommend that you do not accept delivery of damaged items, failure to check and/or report the same will be constituted as your having received an item in good condition.
Break in Plan or a Deactive Account
You will be allowed to take 1 break in 12 months (1 Year) but no break will be allowed for the 30-Days plan. Minimum of 10 days and Maximum of 30 days is allowed for the break.
Your account can stay deactive for a maximum of 3 months (90 days) after which we will suspend your account. If you want to use your account you will have to pay Re-Activation charges.
Promo and Referral Codes
Both Promo Code and Referral Code cannot be used together.
Termination / Cancellation
If any member decides to terminate their membership, it can be done through email request provided you are not on the last month of your Membership/ Subscription. (which means that, cancellation is not allowed for membership of 30 Days (1 month) and is also not allowed for last 30 days of 90 days, 180 days, and 360 days plan.)
No refund will be given for any balance points or unused time period of the month. However, Refund will be provided for the unused whole month if amount is paid in advance.
You need to return all borrowed toys and pay any Replacement Charges (if applicable) in order to complete the cancellation process. If you wish to re-join then Re-Activation Charges will be applicable.
Refund of Security Deposit
After termination / cancellation of your membership, the Security Deposit without Interest, will be returned after receipt of all items in the possession of the member, in satisfactory condition. The Security Deposit shall be refunded within 10 working days from the time of receipt of all items in satisfactory condition. KhelKhajana will refund the remaining amount in the form of cheque in the name of the member as appears at the time of registration.
Your Shopping Cart OR Rental/Borrow List
Items selected will be placed into your rental/borrow list or Shopping cart and you will be asked for a confirmation of selection before you submit the order. Once you have submitted the order on our website, you cannot modify the same. Although, you will be allowed to change the delivery date and time for that order provided the delivery date is more than 48 working hours after transaction date.
The number of items that you can select for an order will depend on points in balance as per the current Membership plan.
Additional deposit will be charged if you want to rent high value products which have more points than your total plan value.
Delivery and Return of Rented Item
Although we make deliveries as per the time chosen by you, it may so happen that there are delays caused due to unavoidable circumstances. You are required to keep the toys ready for pickup as per the email/sms intimation sent by KhelKhajana. If there are any delays or you are not at home during scheduled pickup time you will have to give advance intimation, failing which there will be a delay penalty which you will have to bear. we will not provide delivery of orders on National Holidays and public festivals.
Membership and Billing and Your Profile
It is your responsibility to inform and update KhelKhajana of any changes to your contact details; you can update the same in the Members section/My Account section of our website.
Payment of Subscription, Upgrade and Renewal
KhelKhajana offers payment via Cash, Cheque or online transaction or Paytm. You will be sent an email intimation before your Membership period ends to remind you to renew your membership. You can choose any of the available plans and durations as listed on the website. If you want you can upgrade a current/active plan, but you cannot downgrade to a lower plan.
All rates are charged as per the selected Membership plan. All fees and charges except for Security Deposit are non-refundable and there will be no refunds, credits or carry forward facility for unused points. we may change the plans, fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time; you will have to check the website regularly for any changes made to the membership plans.
In no event shall KhelKhajana, its shareholders, directors, officers, or employees be liable (jointly or severally) to you for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not advised of the possibility of damage, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the website, its contents or our service. If any applicable authority holds any portion of this section to be unenforceable, then liability will be limited to the fullest possible extent permitted by applicable law.

Toy Usage and Toy Care Policy:
- All equipment borrowed must be returned clean and on time. Kindly clean any debris (i.e. food, dirt etc.) before returning the toys and books back to us.
- Parental guidance and supervision is needed while using rented toys and books. Do not leave children alone with toys that are meant for older children.
- Do not leave toys and equipment outdoors/in the sun if they are not meant for the outdoors.
- Please ensure toys are returned with the instruction leaflet and/or storage container (if supplied).
- Report any broken or missing items immediately to the delivery boy or call KhelKhajanas representative.
- Do not attempt to repair broken toys as it will affect warranties.
- Kindly note that Batteries are not supplied by us. You will have to procure the batteries as per requirement of the toy.
- Do not pass toys to your friends, instead, introduce a group of 5 friends and earn referral points.
- Your childs safety is your responsibility; responsibility will not be accepted by KhelKhajana for any injury or damage caused by or arising from misuse of toys or equipment borrowed from KhelKhajana.
- If your child has an infection or allergy of any kind, KhelKhajana cannot be held responsible for any cross contamination that may occur and may cause an allergic reaction through use of toy/s or equipment hired.
- Make sure you choose toys and equipment suitable to the age and ability of your child.
